These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ace219. Please read them carefully before registering or using any ace219 service.
A plain-English summary of the most important aspects of these Terms. The full legal text in the sections below takes precedence in all cases.
Access to ace219 is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to be operated by underage persons will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one registered ace219 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent withdrawal limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other purpose — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All ace219 bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions specified at the time of offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
ace219 is licensed by PAGCOR to provide online gaming services to eligible persons located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. VPN usage to circumvent geo-restrictions violates these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace219 login credentials. ace219 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials. Enable two-factor authentication where available.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of ace219 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the ace219 platform, creating an Account, or using any ace219 Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the ace219 platform and its Services.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ace219 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
2.4 ace219 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 To register an Account with ace219, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
3.2 ace219 reserves the right to request documentation verifying your identity, age, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.
3.3 By registering, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and current. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 ace219 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User may maintain only one registered Account. The existence of multiple Accounts held by a single individual, whether registered under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach entitling ace219 to suspend all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances pending investigation.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace219 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ace219 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ace219 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). ace219 is required by PAGCOR regulations to implement KYC procedures. You consent to ace219 collecting, verifying, and retaining identity documents including, but not limited to, a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS card, PhilHealth card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID). Full KYC verification is required before withdrawals are processed.
4.4 Account Inactivity. An Account with no login or gaming activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. ace219 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ₱100 per month to dormant Accounts. Advance notice will be provided by email to the registered address.
4.5 Account Closure by User. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting ace219 support. Outstanding bonus wagering requirements, pending transactions, and unresolved disputes must be settled before closure is finalised.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ace219 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability and applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits posted on the platform.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the ace219 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ace219 does not accept foreign currency deposits.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ace219 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits with reasonable notice.
5.4 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ace219 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the requirements of applicable anti-money laundering regulations. ace219 does not charge platform withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment processor fees may apply.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ace219 is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). All transactions are subject to monitoring. ace219 reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation of any transaction that appears unusual or potentially in violation of applicable law.
5.6 Funds Ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your ace219 Account are lawfully owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity.
6.1 ace219 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives at its discretion. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be made. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least 20 times before withdrawal eligibility is satisfied.
6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% to wagering. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published in the Promotions section of the ace219 platform.
6.4 ace219 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, registration of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6.5 ace219 may, at its sole discretion, limit or refuse participation in any promotion to any User without providing reasons.
7.1 All games offered on the ace219 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Certification details are available upon request.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, ace219 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. ace219 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical errors unless directly attributable to proven platform malfunction.
7.3 The use of automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting systems, or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9.
7.4 Specific game rules for all ace219 casino games, including live dealer, slots, bingo, fishing games, table games, and sports betting, are available within the game interface and Help section of the platform.
8.1 ace219 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among Filipino players. We provide the following tools within your Account settings:

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace219 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and potential referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
10.1 All content on the ace219 platform — including but not limited to the ace219 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and trade dress — is the proprietary intellectual property of ace219 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ace219 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any ace219 content without prior written authorisation.
11.1 The ace219 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ace219 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 ace219 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of gaming winnings resulting from platform downtime or technical errors not directly caused by ace219's gross negligence.
11.3 ace219's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 ace219's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 ace219 processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, other regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services as required by law or our licensing obligations.

13.1 ace219 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, ace219 will provide notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the ace219 platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect.
14.1 ace219 may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Services immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in Prohibited Conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority.
14.2 Upon termination for cause, ace219 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any Account balance pending completion of investigation. Balances determined to be derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited in full.
14.3 In cases of termination not attributable to User breach (e.g., ace219 cessation of operations), verified Account balances will be returned to Users through their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of ace219, you agree to first contact ace219 support to seek informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings. Most disputes can be resolved efficiently through our 24/7 support team.
15.3 PAGCOR Complaints Mechanism. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaints mechanism for PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operators.
15.4 Jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
